• Managing three stores for the company with over all operations and p&L of the stores.• Making sure the assigned business budgets are achieved for the area. • Active coordination with the distribution/WH dept for timely inventory in the store.• Looking into Visual Merchandise Management and respective retail standards in the store. Assist stores in maintaining optimum stock levels.• Participation in introducing new schemes to enhance the sales of the company• Valuable research reports which comprised detailed information of competitive products prevailing in the market.• Managing customer activation process, ongoing support around customer service levels, customer contract renewals, and customer billing.• Organizing sales promotional activities, media planning, Develop Publicity and Promotional Strategies, active involvement in brand promotions during Corporate Alliances & Events in order to increase brand visibility in the market and thereby increasing the business revenues. Deliver alliance income and gift voucher sales as per agreed targets set.
