• Company’s joint second-in-command along with the CFO, responsible for the efficiency operations of the business. A key member of the management team, reporting only to the MD tasked to maintain the systems and organizational structures as well we scale up the organization according to the policies and objectives.• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically meeting the ISO and FSSC standards, information flow and management, organizational planning tasks such as developing improved systems for logistical needs, hiring the necessary staff to accomplish these tasks.• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Stores/warehousing, stock management, QA Sales, Finance etc.). Acting as the Accounts Manager in the absence of the CFO overseeing the accounting department, petty cash, processing payables and other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director.• Manage the rolling annual Budget and provide accurate forecast to enhance accuracy of funding requests. Ensuring monthly closure of books. Preparation of all audit work papers, complete analysis of expense, revenue, and liabilities. Preparation of financial statements, consolidated in excel as per applicable standards.
