Led 73 year-old national mental health and public health non-profit (501(c)3) with annual budget ~$34M, ~200 staff, based in New York City, with staff in Washington DC, Los Angeles CA, Charleston SC, Austin TX, and model affiliates across the five NYC boroughs and in 37 states (total 200+).• Operate federally-qualified health center and Medicaid care management, providing integrated behavioral health, primary care, and community health work services in NYC• Transforming affiliate service delivery network into strategic federation akin to Planned Parenthood , ACLU, etc, to establish profile as national leader and go-to non- profit in mental health services, public health, social isolation, and community-based health; led year-long strategic planning process with The Bridgespan Group and have signed on 8 new markets to national affiliate network (Ann Arbor, MI; Cleveland, OH; Contra Costa Co., CA; Phoenix, AZ; San Antonio, TX; Sarasota, FL; Seattle, WA; Staten Island, NY), and growing.• Built policy and program intersections with homelessness, housing, criminal justice, healthcare, etc. at local, state, and federal levels, including creation of political advocacy 501(c)4 to launch in 2022*Revamped Board of Directors, including adoption of new bylaws, reduction from 27 members to 13, and turnover to include national figures, diversity and inclusion, and subject matter expertise.• Raised private fundraising by 50% in first year, increased budget from $20M to $34M in first two years (projected $50M+ in five years), including new grants from Ford Foundation, MacKenzie Scott, Robin Hood, Dauten Family Foundation, Trinity Church Wall Street, NY Community Trust, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, etc.
