Consistently in the top two departments for high staff engagement results.▪ Implement and lead significant Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in the organization; successfully recruit and retain BIPOC staff; led the creation of an Equity Style Guide.▪ Served as the Interim COO. Led Human Resources, Finance, and Operations for five months and managed through significant change.▪ Launched cloud-based, big data tools to increase access to information for stakeholders to adjust resourcing.
