• Responsible for ensuring the company’s operation is running in full compliance with all laws and regulations along with internal policies and procedures.• Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify risks and areas of improvements.• Investigate and coordinate responses to queries and issues, implementing action plans for gaps identified and finalizing reports.• Ensure all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant standing instructions and other company policies.• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

•Administer the Accounts Payable module under Oracle ERP for JTC companies located in 3 regions - Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.•Recording all monthly payments as per the schedule.•Recording Staff deduction, Company related expenses as per the documents provided from concerned departments.•Recording and giving priority to Immediate payments •Assist in preparation of various Accounts payable reports, Aging reports and payment schedule reports etc. •Collate and process international and local vendors invoices.•Process data for the release of payments in line with the set of policies and procedures.•Reconciliation of supplier statements with JTC books on monthly basis.•Ensure release of supplier payments in time and keep proper records for each supplier.•Scrutinize the invoices to avoid duplicate payments, Settlement of Advance payments. •Arranging vendor payments on the basis of agreed terms and conditions, credit periods etc.•Coordinating with departments and recording their payment related bookings in Oracle.
