Integrated Clinical Supply Platform (iCSP) Eli Lilly is a pharmaceutical company with headquarters located in Indianapolis, Indiana. End to End Integrated Clinical Supply chain: Establishes a standard channel for collaboration between CTMMS and its FIPNet partners and establishes a standard process to facilitate collaboration. This system enables the automated exchange of data between Lilly systems supporting the Clinical Supply Chain. It reduces the Lilly Effort required for manual data entry/reconciliation across these systems. Face of Lilly (FOL) is an internal web application where the Lilly users will be able to view/upload/download the documents or updates the data. -Prepared Business Requirement Document (BRD) coordinating with the team. -Wrote User Requirements Specification (URS) and Functional requirements specification (FRS) Documents as per BRD and process flow. -Elicited customer requirements by organizing interviews with internal/external stakeholders and SMEs. -Designed and analyzed Business Process Model, Use Case model and test procedures based on agile methodology. -Responsible for coordinating JAD sessions with business users to analyze the present shared resource, analyze the needs of the new application, application lifecycle, gather and define the key performance indicators, document and present the requirements specifications. -Performed Gap analysis by identifying existing technologies, documenting the enhancements to the end state requirements. -Designed and implemented basic SQL queries for QA testing and report / data validation. -Developed and maintained all operational and technical flows using Visio and Power Point.
