• Cost reduction of existing API by process development, yield improvement, time cycle reduction and solvent recovery/recycle• Planning and coordinating the project activities for projects of high complexity within stipulated time-schedule and quality standards• Responsible for process handover to the manufacturing team and preparing scale up report and technology transfer documents.

• Member of the API – new product development and cost reduction team - Scaled up 8 generic API’s for DMF filing and 2 cost reduction API for CBE-30 filing• Cost reduction of existing API by process development, yield improvement, time cycle reduction and solvent recovery/recycle• Participation in project review meeting, Hazop study, interface with engineering and coordination with site activities during commissioning of project• Leading the cross-functional team (CFT) and aligning them to achieve the target in stipulated time• Preparation of Trial batch report, Scale-up report, Technology Transfer documents and Process Validation Protocol• Planning and coordinating the project activities for projects of high complexity within stipulated time-schedule and quality standards• Participation in project review meeting, Hazop, constructability study, interface with engineering and coordination with site activities during commissioning of project.• Leading the cross-functional team (CFT) and aligning them to achieve the target in stipulated time
