• Founder of the Business Intelligence Consultancy team within Adform. Responsible for consultancy projects related to lookalike modelling, Master Data Management, RTB campaign management, Programmatic yield management, attribution modelling, and other bespoke data and analytical projects. Managed a team of 5 consultants and analysts in 3 countries, completing 250 projects in 13 European countries from Q3 2014- Q4 2016.• Lead market research and data insight director, helping to produce Quarterly RTB and Rich Media Benchmarking Reports, half-yearly Market Insight reports, featured in AdExchanger and the Drum. Primary data liaison for Adform, serving on multiple IAB UK and IAB Europe forums and workshops.• Initiated and managed a long-term plan to centralise internal reporting within Adform using Hadoop/HP Vertica technologies for data warehousing and Tableau for data visualisation. Built a Tableau-based reporting and analysis team in Lithuania and managed the transition and development of 150+ dashboards into Tableau, used by all 600+ employees within Adform.• Lead commercial representative for Adform’s Data Management Platform, working to present our DMP product offering to agencies, publishers, and direct clients in 7 countries. Negotiated contract terms for 30+ agency holding groups, publishers, and data providers to use our DMP, and worked closely with the product and development teams to gather client feedback and requirements. P&L responsibility for data management products and consultancy services.• Lead Data and Analytics representative in Adform for pre-sales activities for both Tier 1 agencies and publishers in 7 European countries, as well as direct clients in 5 European countries. In addition, conducted data roadshows in 16 European cities introducing BI consultancy services to existing clients.

• Developed and lead business intelligence and operation strategy research projects, which focused on a comprehensive understanding of efficiencies/inefficiencies in TEL’s multi-platform trading strategy. Created a corresponding playbook for best-in-class trading strategies in campaign setup and optimisations.• Performed strategic analysis with the C-level management to create business based BI solutions to increase revenue, reduce costs, increase efficiency and attack specific challenges. • Representative on the Policy Committee and Research Committee at IAB Europe.• Head of TEL Analysis team, managing 4 direct reports in the UK and Canada.• Created and developed a Tableau-based dashboard reporting system, which included trader dashboards, account management dashboards, forecasting models, and research modules to review historical trading and performance data.

- Responsible for all product offerings as a 3rd party audience analytics data provider. Product owner and manager of the commercial taxonomy, which drives 95% of current revenue. Responsible for major revenue growth through audience segment analysis and recommendation for all publishers, trading desks, and agencies using VisualDNA data.- Primary data liaison with VisualDNA’s worldwide data partners including demand-side platforms, trading desks, advertising agencies, publisher networks, and credit bureaus.- Primary media strategist for long-term decisions to develop a comprehensive suite of Audience tools and products and focus on growing data coverage in both established (UK and US) and nascent data markets, such as Russia.- Manager of the VisualDNA’s Data Analysis team, which is responsible for delivery of all key business and sales metrics involving commercial, consumer, and data products to the senior management team- Responsible for commercial and technical management of platform partnerships and integrations, as well as delivering key client facing Audience products and services. .- Former Head of QA and Data Quality with responsibilities including data validation of all consumer and B2B products as well as campaign performance analysis and recommendations for data clients.

Developed algorithms and performed data analysis for the purpose of investigating match-fixing in European football.

Lead Test Engineer for Illumina’s European software test engineering team. Primary responsibilities include project management of Illumina’s secondary analysis software package, testing and verifying algorithms and software packages prior to commercial release, and coordinating a team of 100+ individuals during internal and external beta tests. Responsible for developing requirements and business cases during the development phase, and providing Level 2 technical support for Illumina’s worldwide Customer Support teams.

Lead Software Quality Assurance engineer with a data analysis focus. Primary responsibilities included managing data analysis SQA team, testing and verifying the core data analysis platforms for one of the leading biotechnology companies. Experience and knowledge of the software development life cycle and the product development cycle.

Performed basic statistical analysis of population/demography data for the statistical arm of the European Commission.

Primary research technician for Dr. Barak Cohen. Principal research topics: Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (yeast), systems biology, biological networks, microarray data analysis. Co-author of research paper (Science, 301,71-76) that used novel computational and evolutionary models to discover new transcription factor binding sites in Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. Supervised rotation and graduate students and oversaw day-to-day laboratory business. Designed and maintained research paper website as well as laboratory website.

Reviewed and processed budgets and check requests for outpatient psychiatry clinic of University of Pennsylvania. Analyzed and evaluated results for in-session and post-session psychiatric treatments as a research associate.
