• Planning & managing inventory of 22 warehouses located in 5 states (TN/KL/KA/TG/AP).• Analyse, demand & procure based on the history of sales.• Planning marketing activities & various stock & sale analysis (ABC Analysis) for the reduction of age-old stock.• Tracking & achieving TOD against purchase based on management decisions.• Reducing the procurement cost & logistic cost by initiating bulk stock transfers between warehouses at a time.• Interacting with the finance team to effect payment for the prior brands.• Introducing/implementing various promotional schemes based on market condition to improve sales.• Tracking high margin brands sales & stocks to ensure the overall profitability of the business.• Analysing complex datasets and presenting a decision-making view to management.

MYTVS Outlet:• Arranging parts for OLA car service exclusively in Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Delhi• Planning and maintaining inventory at service outlets.• Tracking the backorders with suppliers and procuring the same within the committed lead time.• Handling the cost estimation of OEM, OES & Private Label parts and eliminating margin erosions by reviewing the profit analysis on daily basis.• Visiting the outlet monthly and reviewing the workflow.

• Visited around 200 retailers all over Tamil Nadu and implemented the GEO TAG process within 20 Days.• Circulating MIS reports to management people like Age-old sales, Inventory dashboard, Vertical wise sales.• Took over RIVIGO (CV Service outlets) planning & inventory. Arranging parts on time and regularized the process.
