Prime Brokerage Client Services Middle Office Team (EQ & FI):* PBMO team is responsible to provide end to end services to client for any transaction related query.* Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing efficient and personalized service, addressing client needs promptly, and maintaining open communication channels.* Collaboration with other departments or teams within the organization to enhance cross-functional understanding and cooperation.* Implement regular communication channels, such as team meetings and process updates, to ensure that information is shared transparently and efficiently among team members.* Streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, reducing turnaround times for client requests and transactions.* Implement robust risk management protocols to safeguard client assets and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact on client satisfaction and business outcomes.OTC Brokerage Reconciliation: * OTC Brokerage Reconciliation team is responsible for matching transactions that have been recorded internally against monthly statements from external vendors.* Tracking, Reconciliation, Brokerage calculation and payment (SAP / Concur) of monthly invoices.* Contacting Vendors / MO, if there is any discrepancy in trade details or brokerage charged.* Setting up or amendment of payment instructions according to current SSI policy. Ensure vendor is not under RED flag.* Analyse trends in breaks and proactively work with the Tech team to fix the issues in internal system.* Creation of various metrics as requested by Business managers / internal management.Ensure all process related details are captured and stored properly for audit purpose.

Prime Brokerage Settlement (Equity & Fixed Income) Team:* The Prime Broker DTCC Settlement team of JPMorgan Clearing Corp is responsible for processing, balancing and settling the JPMCC daily receive and delivery activity that occur through the DTCC.* Movement of positions of shares/bonds from Euro-clear to DTCC for covering short positions in DTCC market.* Stock & Bond borrow for all pending deliveries and monitoring the successful settlement of trades in DTCC.* Contacting counterparties and various internal teams through phone calls or e-mails to settle failing trades and also ensure funds are received.* Keep track of high-risk trade fails, DK trades, fails numbers, fails amount, and overall settlement success percentage by age category and investigating the reason for each failing trades and analyse trends in trade breaks in order to reduce break rate and update the same to management on daily basis. Prime Brokerage FX Team:* PBFX team is responsible for executing FX transactions in highly regulated market. The main duties include booking FX trades, sending confirmation to client, settlement and reconciliation of client request v/s internal record.* Booking of FX trades and Posting Journal entries in respective system.* Ensure all Fee or Commissions posted to respective accounts.* Allocating FX trades to client account from Block account as per counter party instructions.* Generating control reports to ensure all FX are covered for present value date.* Proactively monitor non-receipts of funds and contacting stakeholders/ various internal team through mail or calls if there is any mismatch or uncovered FX for the day.* Ensure credit approval in place before releasing high value FOP trades in market.* Setting up or amendment of payment instructions according to current SSI policy.* Analyse trends in breaks in order to reduce break rate.

* Ensure all trade breaks are resolved and trade matching in GMI. * Check for accurate interest accruals, necessary balance adjustments.* Implementing Know Your Client by spending time understanding client type, organizational structure, products & markets traded, brokers used, daily routine, etc.* Sending daily statements (position and balance) when required process FXs for clients.* Ensure all margins are covered & processing Cash Movements * Processing collateral fees & post to relevant account* Check for accuracy of all client commissions and Brokerage fees.* Proactively monitor non-receipts, investigate and resolve any trade or cash related issues.* Updating procedures regularly to ensure all information is accessible.* Ownership of CSG account split, responsible for updating entire profile of clients as and when changes are made.* Ensure appropriate legal agreements are in place (give-ups).Monitor upcoming trade expires and sending out position reports, in order to ensure client has sufficient warning, agrees their position and understands delivery process.* Check credit/debit report. Including monitoring exposure, reporting any breaches to relevant credit officer.* Ensure appropriate escalation of any issues to Team Leader or Manager in first instance. * Applying effective teamwork within all areas of ETD including legal/credit/front office, showing professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:• Creating DEMAT accounts for Equities and Fixed Income.• Based on the products creating cross references in the specific application from the Data provided by the clients.• Amending the details or deleting and creating new cross references as per the products requested by the clients.• Loading Standard Settlement Instruction and confirmations (FAX, Email & ETC) as per client request in the specific application.• Preparing SLA (Service Level Agreement) report, Quality check report & error analysis report (whenever require).• Updating procedures regularly to ensure all information is accessible.• Ensure appropriate communication to Team leader of all issues currently working on including regular progress updates.
