A dignified experience for those in need of food support. We leverage technology in a simple way that allows community restaurants and food providers to be a part of the solution. Participants can select and order their own meal and choose to have the meal delivered or available for pick up; providing an experience that we all know and love when it comes to nourishing ourselves.

I am the co-founder of a social innovation project that aims to empower women in low-income neighborhoods through education, skill training, community organizing, and financial independence. With our international partners, we are currently implementing sustainable programs in the urban slums of Kathmandu and Mumbai, as well as locally in New York. We received funding from the United Kingdom’s Department For International Development for our pilot in Nepal.

Worked with a team on a research project to study a large geographically distributed company. I performed qualitative research to understand the impact of identity, hierarchy, and national culture on organizational culture. I developed comprehensive reports delivered to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Assisted in the collection and analysis of data on a wide variety of research topics such as social innovation, design thinking, occupational identity, and online communities. I also performed literature reviews and worked with both quantitative and qualitative data.
