B2B Sales & Marketing Recruitment Recruitment Process: • Handling the end to end recruitment processes like Sourcing of Profiles, Interview and Selection, Salary Negotiations etc. • Working on Mid-Senior level positions across the domain i.e. BFSI,IT, Research,Non-IT etc.• Effectively negotiating compensation packages with candidates. • Responsible for the validation/evaluation of CVs and interview coordination.• Following up with candidates, until the candidates join the organization. • Updating candidate details on recruitment application. • Experience in Leadership Hiring & Lateral Hiring. • Maintaining all the related operational work time to time. • Hands-on experience on Naukri.com, Shine.com, Monster.com, Linkedin, Indeed & IIM Jobs.• Analyzing Job Details and understanding the client's requirement for different positions • Keeping a track of joiners and their referrers • Posting jobs on different job portals. • Mapping different candidates for leading clients of MNC. • On boarding of new hires in corporate office People Management: • Handling 4 members (Recruitment Analyst & Senior Recruitment Analyst) . • Responsible for the KRA/SLA of the Team Members. • Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal. • Provide any training that team members need. • Communicate clear instructions to team members. • Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations. Client Interaction: • Handling client of different companies accordingly. • Take new positions & download of the profiles in brief. • Interacting with them on regular bases. • Follow-up with the clients through calls or mails. Operational Activity: • Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly report. • Preparing & sharing daily sourcing report. • Sharing the candidates & team member's status with the management. • Maintain Invoices
