CurrentEnsures the operational management of the store by:•Developing sales and ensuring an efficient day to day management, applying the sales policy and maintaining the integrity of CK image with a strong commercial focus•Communicating sales targets and store KPIs to the team and implementing appropriate means to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as well as KPIs,•Leading and supervising sales, providing support to the sales associates whenever needed,•Overseeing the proper implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.•Communicating any useful competition or product information,•Managing and updating the customer database,•Ensuring compliance with Brand policies and procedures.Manages the team and guarantees that staff corresponds to the brand expectations, by:•Participating to staff recruitment,•Training salespeople to the “CK ways to sell” and Brand values, •Delivering product training with the support of the from head office Learning &Development department•Defining development needs, coaching and motivating staff and delivering performance appraisals,•Organizing staff planning, Rota ,holidays, Covering other TerminalsEnsure the consistency of product offer, by:•Managing optimal levels of inventories on a day to day basis, and supervising the annual inventory control in order to minimize discrepancies,•Managing the stock level by placing reorders through the head office when appropriate and organizing transfers in coordination with head office.Ensures the highest levels of customer service to support sales target achievement, by:•Using the customer service policy and promoting the values,•Systematically searching to resolve client issues,•Implementing the After Sales Service policy as per Brand guidelines.Contributes to the implementation of communication, PR and customer events, by:•Proposing events as per Brand guidelines and facilitating their organization,•Representing the Brand during these events
