I embarked on my professional journey in 2011 at a leading insurance company in the United States, specializing in the healthcare sector. Initially, I joined Wipro BPS as an Associate and steadily advanced to the position of Subject Matter Expert by 2016. In this role, my duties encompassed team leadership, providing on-the-job training to new recruits, and resolving claim denials and inquiries from healthcare providers and practitioners.In 2017, I made the decision to transition from Wipro to Sutherland Global, assuming the role of Senior Trainer. Within this capacity, my primary focus was conducting training sessions on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically emphasizing accounts receivable, billing, and patient access for hospital and physician domains.Following my tenure at Sutherland Global, I joined Hinduja Global in 2019 as an Assistant Manager in Training. Here, I oversaw the training business for hospital and physician, including onboarding new hires, facilitating internal transitions, and enhancing employee skills.Subsequently, I joined R1 RCM as a Training Manager, where I continued to apply my expertise in managing training programs within the healthcare sector.Currently, I serve as a Senior Training Manager at Infinix, overseeing training functions across business units.
