• Multi Branch Sales, Operations and multi-function activities at head office. • RFQs handling, Vetting Cost, Analyse CRM data & review with MBD & Branches sales.• New customers acquisition, Contract commercial negotiation with Customers. • Budget Control and Budgted Sales achievement, Cost Control.• Payment collection, Credit Control & Recruitments.• Managing entire gamut of procurement process including vendor development, Brokers, vendor management, supply chain management, material management and logistics.• Building and maintaining vendor relations; evaluating vendors, managing buyer processes and analyzing reports contributing to overall development of new vendors• Heading the entire logistics function & maintaining smooth relations with each stake holders for cost effective transport solutions. • Adhering Statutory compliances which includes Shop & Establishment Certificate, Labor Union Board (Mathadi board), GST & Company Policy implementations.• Formulation and implemention of SOP, KPI and CAPA • Negotiation with vendors for all purchases related to Branch, Satellite offices & Warehouse• Regulating activities of rejection, damages and disposal of scraps, claim settlement with Insurance Company • Project Cargo, ODCs (Over Dimensional Cargos) repackaging, Transportations.• Service level analysis, Periodical review with Customers, Resource Optimization etc.
