Currently having 1900 AD active users. • Active Directory Tasks: Creating GPO, OU Structuring, Creating Sites, Subnets etc. Providing support to AD Integrated application.• DNS Management: creating zones, A and PTR records. • Group Policy management: creation of new GPO, modification of excising GPO as per customer requirement.• Managing Microsoft exchange 2007 where having 1700 Email users. • Email ID Creation, deletion, forwarder. • Database management of Exchange server.• Adding new server IP address in Exchange relay Server• Creation of HUB transport rule• Addition of new email domain/Accepted domain in existing environment. • Maintenance of Window 2003/2008/2008R2/2012 Servers. • Installation of MS Patch Updates & service pack on Production servers via WSUS and BMC • Management and configuration of All Windows Servers backup via Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3/2012 and HP data protector.• Management of Symantec end point protection on server level.
