• Having 8+years of IT experience in Public Cloud and Windows Administration.• Providing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to the customers by using the various cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure & AWS.• Served as Microsoft frontline technical engineer for Microsoft customers and partners via phone, email, or web.• Working experience on planning build design and migration of on-premise servers to publiccloud(Azure) using migration tools like DT and ASR.• Worked in migration architecture and build team. Aware and have experience in end-to-endprocess of migrations to Azure cloud.• Have delivered unique value by collaboratively and reactively solving customer problems, providing proactive support advice.• Design and implement solutions using AWS Public Cloud Solutions.• Develop managed services reference architecture and framework for IaaS cloud customers.• Working experience on AWS/Azure core services like EC2/VMs, Blob storage/EBS, AutoScaling, AvSet, LB/ELS, VPC/Vnet, IAM etc.• Performance tuning of virtual servers and management of resources between VMs.• Windows server administration along with standard automated build activities, performance troubleshooting and security patch management.• Implementing best practices/ processes for the IT operations through ITIL.
