1. Built teacher evaluation funnel, leading a team of 45 evaluators and conducting approximately 900evaluations monthly, ensuring fair evaluation rate and boosting sales conversion rates.2. Launched a wellness initiative for over 5000 teachers, through online wellbeing events, open forums and accountability groups, reducing stress and burnout.3. Led teacher up-skilling project, with a cross functional team and 12 evaluators up-skilling 500 teachers for Cuemath Plus pilot, meeting the sales demand.4. Led cross-cultural training project for 5500 teachers teaching international students from 12 countriesto familiarize with geographical, cultural and educational landscape of various regions.

Did a 1 month internship with Poduval Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. on Design of Electrical systems for residential complexes.

Kudumbashree is the poverty eradication and women empowerment programme implemented by the State Poverty Eradication Mission (SPEM) of the Government of Kerala. They organise self help groups amongst women in the lower section of the society and have special schemes for their welfare. During my summer internship I took part in events organised by Kudumbashree, met the people in the community, learnt about their schemes and visited different small scale enterprises supported by them around Cochin.
