Base Kitchen Management: Handling all the requirements for the smooth running of the day-to-day activities catering to over 62 outlets. The head chef reports to me along with 17 indirect reports. Purchase head: Managing all new product development, introduction and management ofvendors, negotiation of rates and finalising of products. Making monthly projections and placing orders are my core responsibilities with 2 direct reports. The monthly volume of purchases is in excess of 1.50 crores. Logistics head: 4 direct reports and 7 indirect reports. This involves dealing with area managersand facilitating outlet requirements including the planning of routes and dispatch schedules.

Member of Core Management Team - Actively involved in various strategic decision making andimplementation processes to take the business forward.Head of Chef Management - I was in charge of recruiting new chefs, finalising their menus, deciding their price models, carrying out all their onboarding formalities, fulfilling their daily requirements, and updating their menus on our app on a weekly basis.Head of User Management: I oversaw all of our customer support and satisfaction functions, ranging from solving customer queries and payment issues to redressal of customer grievances.
