Assisting the Human Resource department in ensuring that all functions are carried out effectively and professionally, resulting in a highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled workforce and Quick learner with positive attitude and confidence...WORK PROFILE: • Manage recruitment consistently and effectively with manpower consultancies and aligned as a single point of contact for consolidated recruitment outsourcing.• Schedule and organize interviews including informing unsuccessful applicants.• Conduct reference checks for new joiners and reply to reference checks for exit employees.• Inform Head HR about staff appointments, prepare salary fitment sheets and release Offer letters.• Conduct joining formalities for new joiners – verification and collection of checklist of required documents for employment and introduce them to all the departments. • Coordinate with various departments for inclusion programs for new joiners• Preparing Head count report, CTC report, Attrition report and updating of Organisation chart for Head HR on a monthly basis.• Preparing letters for employee Confirmation, Appraisal, Promotion, Designation Change, Onsite work experience, Address proofs and Relieving.• Assists the Head HR in exit interviews from handing over exit forms to issuing relieving letters and responsible for filing resignations emails, resignation acceptance by respective delivery heads.ACHIEVEMENT :Received "​ BEST EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER" Award for Q1 - 2015.
