• Construction Supervision of major canal structures like Aqueducts, Box culvert, Super-passages, NH / SH/ District/Village Road Bridges, Canal Syphon, Drainage Syphon, Head Regulator, Fall.• Alignment of Main Canal’s, Distributaries, Minor’s inline structures.• Preparing and entering the Running measurement records of the work executed in the measurement book and producing it to the client (NVDA) on monthly basis.• Review the provision towards quality assurance and carry out quality control tests (QC/QA) Proof checking of the design and drawings submitted by the contractor for as specified in technical specification during construction period.• Review the field-testing results (QC), order removal and substitution of substandard materials and/or works as required. Preparation of Test Reports.• Ensure that the construction work is accomplished in accordance with the technical specifications.• Identify Construction delays and recommend to the concessionaire the remedial measures to expedite the progress.• Review and forward works program of the Concessionaire for approval to Government.• Give special attention to matters concerning public safety example mud on roads, signing and lighting of works.• Super vision of Construction of Service Road (Bitumen)
