Achieved accuracy and huge time saving by automating the process of creation of a cross sell template to suggest the cross selling opportunities for Deutsche Bank’s regional managers.Worked on the Deutsche Bank’s submission for Euromoney and FinanceAsia Awards for the year 2009.

Led the team for modelling of motor premium rates. New rating structure and underwriting guidelines helped in improving profitability while maintaining the market share. Carried out in-depth segmental analysis of motor business by classifying the total business into more than 300 segments using analytic tool SAS. A system was created for quarterly-analysis of ‘incurred but not reported’(IBNR) claims for better liability estimation. Worked on development of new products such as Extended Warranty Insurance (Motor) Policy, Event Cancellation insurance and add-on covers for motor insurance policy.

Managed a project worth INR 40 million - involving design, procurement and execution of Air Conditioning system for new Diesel Engine Plant. Executed energy saving exercise by reducing power consumption of air washers. Achieved savings of 0.15 MW/yr.
