Interact with EXPORT/IMPORT team on arrival of goods and update the customer accordingly.● Also actively involved in other activities like reports v/s analysis discussion training and provide daily reports to sales team (Backlog orders, COD, overdue quotations, forecast order overview, INR billing and customer ledger). ● Follow up and get the payment on time from customer.

● Offering Technical Quotes and Order Registrations Process. ● Handling IT product & major project orders like METRO, navy, CCTV, ISRO projects etc (23 to 26 Cr per month target).● Track of open quotes & open orders to accelerate business turnover.● Daily to all open order material status and backlog status to all our external engineers.● Credit management, support on customer specific pricing strategy based on business potential.● Conversion of competitor products or equivalent and support field team to tap business for improving our market share.● Imparting knowledge to entire sales team on latest products and phased out products. ● Communication with internal customers, external customers, suppliers as well as Third Parties. ● Strong product knowledge to communicate exact customer requirement promptly in customer language. ● Quick understanding of customer needs and take lead to explore business prospects by motivating sales team.

Work profile:• Handling Internal Raw Materials for GEQ Equipment Manufacturing (8 Cr per Quarter). This includes Contactors, Relays, Spectra plus, LM MCCBs, MPCB, Entelliguard & Spectronic Breakers.• Extract BOM and Release the demand to all Buyers to release the purchase orders.• Update the CMO & MSO shortage list. Follow up with buyer for commitments dates & daily follow to meet the targets.• Daily run All Inventory report & Sub-inventory aging report & will circulate to teams to take actions on shortages & Inventory control. • Download & circulate Open purchase order summary & follow up with buyers to close the open orders > 90 days which is compliance issue.• Update the commitments Pass/Fail tracker for the shortages. • MRP & MPS file download to have better demand schedule.

Work profile:• OSP activities using Oracle 11i ERP for Panels. • Expertise in WIP, BOM & PO Module.• Responsible for providing functional expertise in BOM, Routing and WIP modules.• Managing production Channel for achieving the production & Plant targets.• Plan Material requirement and follow up with respective departments.• Process planning (to plan- input level, output level, inventory level)• Facility planning like tool trolleys, gauge stand, providing air cleaning for Production.• Daily provide Excel Indent Creation to the store to get shortage materials to Production.
