1. Using OKR methodology, I helped improve the translation of strategic initiatives into operational plans in our organization of 180 people by creating clear visibility & alignment of goals at all levels between the individual & the overall business outcomes(Revenue, MAU, CAC, LTV). 2. Implemented employee feedback process, cadence & tools by working along with HRBP to get continuous feedback on barriers to execution. This process identified needs to improve organization design, clarify team roles & responsibilites, improve communication channels, improve trust, and clarify internal ways of working policies & guidelines.3. Lead change initiatives to improve organization structure using team topologies methodology, which clarifed every team's ownership, responsibilities and business metrics that they own. 4. Ran workshops with managers and stakeholders resulting in implementation of improved communication & information sharing practices - Business review forums, Strategy execution newsletter, OKR metrics dashboard, communication & meeting guidelines.5. Developed a culture-bulding strategy, which involved workshops to foster psychological safety and conflict resolution training. I also supported leaders with communication and leading by example to instill a risk-taking & ambitious approach to execution. This nurtured a mindset of learning-from-failure and built strong peer trust, aligned with the company culture.
