Hello. 
I am Ashwini, a Design Engineer turned UI/UX designer. My previous role as an automobile fixture designer included understanding the customer’s design needs, the manufacturer's pain points and designing a simple solution while managing the resources and timeline. My experience representing the company overseas and living in Germany has given me great insight into the cultural differences that influence consumers in different countries. I offer years of experience working with clients, customers, and stakeholders, both internal and external, and across teams to deliver projects. I have been a part of projects like the Volkswagen Passat, Jetta, and SCANIA as a design engineer.While the quality assurance role has equipped me to empathize with and understand the customer’s perspective while balancing customer needs with business needs. This customer-centric approach led me to user experience design.
