The Executive Director of Campaigns and Advocacy serves as Chair of the Campaigns and Action Committee and advocates for students at both the university and community levels. This role develops and implements campaigns aligned with the OCAD Student Union’s mandate on anti-oppression, decolonization, social justice, and equity. The Director recruits and manages volunteers, supports aligned campaigns by student groups and external organizations, and raises awareness of social and global justice issues affecting OCAD students and the wider community.
