• Working directly with Director, Engagement Managers, A/c Mangers, Project Coordinator for job descriptions, interview feedback and status updates. Creating/ a competitive advantage by providing consulting services to current and potential customers. • Identifying specific needs of individual clients for specific job openings & submitting matching technical consulting resources.• Establishing and maintaining productive relationship with existing clients and sourcing contacts. • Coordinating the entire recruitment process starting from the solicitation of requirements, screening the resumes and conducting telephonic interviews. • The interviews involve the assessment of technical strengths, weaknesses, interpersonal and communication skills to match the skill sets with the client’s requirements.• Responsible for formatting and submitting resumes to vendors or clients.• Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement and if consultant selected date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants/employers.• Maintaining, updating, tracking of resumes, submittals, closures, requirements database. • Negotiating rates and fees with third party vendors prior to client submission. • Building & maintaining database of IT professional’s resumes. • Generating resources i.e. recruitment of candidates for the Company to market.ACHEIVEMENTs:• Had highest number of closures in the system. More than 250 candidates in various domains are being placed onsite. Some major clients includes Hewlett-Packard, DataDirect Networks (DDN), Centene Corporation, HP-3 PAR, SuperValu, Target, etc.,• Rewarded for the target achievement.

• Responsible for the whole recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent and also sourcing matching requirements.• Resume digging from DICE & MONSTER. Once after that punch the resume onto the internal database for reference.• Involved in Tracking, Analyzing, Prioritizing requirements and resumes. • Responsible for preparing search strings, working on requirements and short-listing resumes based on the requirements.• Pre screening of potential candidates in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc.
