● Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support OCSO's mission and strategic vision.● Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives● Strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management regarding key organizational and management issues● Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals● Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective● Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits● Drive efficient and effective implementation of overall HR processes and yearly activities. Coach and support managers in the business unit for people related topics● An ambassador for the OCSO's culture and values and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment● Implementing long-term plans, set budgets and goals. And attract, grow, deploy, reward and support employees & leaders and their careers in OCSO● Focus on how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge within OCSO and between employees

- Handling the entire recruitment process- Posting Ads on job portals- Analyzing client's requirements by contacting them directly.- Interacting with the clients and Handling new requirements- Responsible for conducting initial HR round of interview- Identifying potential candidates and sourcing them through existing database, contacts, reference, job-portals- Scheduling the interviews of shortlisted candidates with client and taking feedback.- Responsible for Client Relationship.
