- Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up and timely meetings with the clients to enquire about their concerns.
- Managing a team of six recruiters to handle recruitment activities.
- Objective setting for my team members and help them achieve with support/guidance.
- Helping & guiding the team to achieve objectives and keep them motivated.
