Led and gave strategic direction to this USD 6 Million project. Guided teams of 5 implementation partners with mandates of women & child health, dairy and enterprise development, besides actively advising Cairn management on relationships with local government, tie ups with other donors & partners. Designed long term sustenance plan & institutionalisation of Enterprise Centre (EC), which generated revenues of USD 6.6 Million, & mobilized support and linkages with government and various partners. EC today functions as an autonomous institution under Cairn’s guidance. Coordinated introduction of “Strategic Community Investment Strategy” & “Financial Valuation Tool for Community Investments” as long term inputs to Cairn’s CSR strategy. Also presented these ‘Thought Leadership’ tools at various Global CSR Summits where it attracted the interests of many corporates. The program led to more than 35% growth through a mix of technological & managerial training, organising & linkage interventions. Effective involvement of state government, local associations and other networks besides a number of national/international organizations with fund support worth INR 35 Million was achieved.
