• Led digital transformation initiatives like Book Roll, Digital Agents, etc. for organic and inorganic growth.• Actively researched and evaluated emerging technologies and market disruptions like Low Code, Digital Agents, Virtual Insurance Agents, etc. I have pitched multiple ideas to the Leadership which was well received.• Active participant at AmFam Venture Fellows, a close knit group that helps AmFam Ventures in its pursuit of evaluating startups disrupting the marketplace.

InsureTech | Led Digital Transformation and supported Enterprise Architecture at Main Street America Insurance, an operating company of American Family Insurance (www.amfam.com).- Developed the strategy for new initiatives like Book Roll, Digital Agents, Low Code.- Researched and analyzed our competitors.- Worked with Independent Agents as part of the discovery process for some of the initiatives.

• Digital Initiatives: Researched Digital Underwriting of Insurance as a pet project.• Led the IT team while implementing state rollouts for Personal Auto and Home insurance (2016 to 2019).• Played a leading role in the design and implementation of the new auto and home product, a major turnaround for the company in Personal lines.• Designed and executed automated driver assignments for personal lines with zero defects, bringing efficiencies in quoting.• Played a pivotal role in the data center migration of Personal Lines (2017).

Led the offshore team on the new personal auto product for Main Street America Insurance and was instrumental in mentoring the team.

Worked at OneShield Software as a Consultant.

• OneShield Core Engineering Team – designed and implemented functionalities in the OneShield Policy Software (E.g. Broker of Record).• OneShield Client Services Team - implemented new functionalities, provided maintenance services, performed core upgrades for OneShield clients.• Led OneShield’s Business Intelligence implementation using Pentaho for a client in Canada using the Scrum agile methodology.

• MetLife Mexico – Led the team on the implementation of complex projects for individual life with 100% accuracy, viz. Separation of Funds and Integration of Accounting Consolidation.• MetLife Mexico - Successful implementations and recognition won the team multiple projects, thus creating a significant revenue stream of $0.65M for the organization in 2006.• MetLife UK – Supported the TIA Policy Administration System for the Creditor Insurance line.
