Planned Engineering Design flow for the project by integrating delivery schedules, equipment specifications based on Class, SOLAS and owner compliances. Represented Engineering during Sea trials and created testing protocols for Sea Trails and commissioning tests.

Joined as Operations Manager to oversee the Dredging Business of the Company which owned two dredgers Elicott 370 and IHC Beaver 1200 and used to participate in countrywide dredging operations in India. Involved in the study and participation in private and government dredging tenders ,worked with close coordination with Maritime boards with Dredger plan approvals and initiation of dredging activities with the Maritime Boards Port Authorities ,Developed dredging and reclamation plan to meet the time bound schedule, preparation of dredging methods to efficiently dredge using the DGPS heading integrated with Dredge plans made from onsite locations ( since these dredgers didn't have integrated maps to pan out the dredge tracks), Rental dredgers inspections and negotiation's, oversaw maintenance schedule of dredgers, efficient manpower planning to allocate on different dredge sites and planning dredging operations, Refurbished existing dredgers pontoons and dredge pumps using local industrial partners also ensuring quality and material requirements thereby reducing on replacement costs .

Worked with Mahindra Ocean Blue now Mahindra Odyssea during its inception stage to develop first prototype and then commercial models of 33' and 22' FRP boats with Evinrude outboard motors. Oversaw the implementation of FRP molding process to meet the strength and quality standards based on class rules. Conceptualized and developed the boat's systems for outfitting ,piping, electrical, shore and overall finishing. Developed the boatbuilding standards of the outfitting items to source locally for cost optimization and overseeing the timebound delivery of the boats.

Started as Hull construction Engineer for building of 90m Multipurpose Container cum Bulk Carrier classed under Germinsher Lloyd and Bureau Veritas, Developed estimation methods for manday per ton to comply with ISO 9002 and implemented Weld Procedure Specification for compliance with Bureau Veritas and trained local welders to meet IACS quality standards and conducted WPQR for the yard to qualify for BV Class in short span of time. Integrated the realtime data of weld trainings and from site to establish the early standards for weld estimation and block fabrication stages. Represented the yard as Assistant Management representative for ISO audits and eventually worked as Planning Engineer for Hull.
