This transformative journey refined my design acumen and equipped me with a rich toolkit to analyze, ideate, and design with the end user in mind. Notable Achievements: During the course, I had the privilege of collaborating on diverse projects that challenged my creativity and problem-solving skills. One standout design problem I was tasked with solving was designing a user experience that conserves an endangered species of bird. The responsive desktop and mobile website deliverables I created allowed users to volunteer, donate, and learn about an endangered species known as California Condors. The product I created, known as Condore, increased the user engagement rate by providing all users with consistent navigation and cognitive accessibility. The product also elevated the social impact of conserving endangered species in local communities by providing a 24 hour chatbot that educates users about conservation and endangered species. These experiences built on my existing environmental knowledge from my undergraduate studies and reinforced my commitment to delivering exceptional, socially good design outcomes for the end user. Future-Forward: With my sights set on the future, I'm eager to contribute to innovative UX projects, leveraging my Google UX Design certification to craft delightful experiences that resonate with users.
