I have 5 years of R&D experience with expertise in cutting tool design using FEM tools and application domain. I have been involved with multidisciplinary projects related to new product development, failure analysis, reverse engineering, continual product and process improvement. I have also done projects in costing, product portfolio development.As a manufacturing engineer, I have a strong background in the basic principles of engineering and am proficient in FEA simulation softwares, Abaqus, Thirdwave AdvantEdge, SimuFact; and advanced CAD designing tools, SolidWorks, Design X. I also have profficiency in software packages like Ansys (FEA), Catia (CAD), and ProE (CAD). The brilliant guidance of the faculties at both IIT Bombay and NIT Calicut have made me ready to face any challenge that comes my way.
