My aim as a student ambassador is to help new incoming students feel more at homeby assisting them with their enrolment procedures and helping with any specialrequests. It is also my job to represent the university at all open events, offer holderdays and talks to schools/colleges.

As a teaching assistant my aim, other than to help the Professor deliver the lecture,was to help students to better understand the course by engaging with reticentstudents who would hesitate to ask questions when they had difficulty understanding.By carefully observing the students during lectures it enabled me to follow up in one toone conversations after the lecture, helping to build up their confidence.
