In this capacity, the labs team developed UPI switch application for Rupay credit cards in under 3 months and it was one of the most well received launches in Global FinTech Festival 2023. My prior accomplishments were leading Tech to develop Mutual funds platform in 2022. I also owned entire Tech's roadmap, authored program blueprint across product/design/marketing/tech/CS that allows a growth startup to launch cross-functional initiatives faster to market.

As a Global program lead for AdTech & Marketing India charter, I was responsible for several 0-1 platform development initiatives such as display self-serve demand-gen platform development, ML-driven audience targeting models, Unified ad experiences; In addition, personally led the efforts in building inhouse ad-server and forecasting engine.I also owned the annual operating plan with 4X HC growth in 2 years & associated budgets, accountable for all quarterly OKRs & QBR presentations of multiple businesses to Hari Vasudev (India center head), handled Covid wave2 impact which was very severe in India, and led "Pragati", the mentoring program for Women associates.

I delivered modernization, transformation, and incremental innovation across multiple apps - WW B2C eCommerce (store.hp.com in 15 countries) and Instant Ink Subscription (hpsmart.com). One thing that I cherish most is the trusted partnerships with executive leadership in worldwide business strategy, regional product management, and IT cross-functional teams (CISO, enterprise architecture, CPQ, Supply-chain, and finance) that helped me meet strategic targets and deliver platform growth. Key outcomes were rearchitecting the EMEA and Canada platform to scale 4X and grow revenues 2X to $600M over 4 years, successful separation & rollout of 11 mission-critical financial systems during the 2015 HP split, and several platform upgrades [Intershop, IBM Commerce and Custom Play/.NET-based].As an engineering manager, I owned development of B2C (Europe & Canada) and WW B2B eCommerce platforms, with people responsibilities of 40+ engineers in direct and matrix relationships. My team finishing Top-3, twice-in-a-row, amongst 1500 HP-IT technologists in the “Innovation Madness” annual event was the highlight of my tenure; I immensely enjoyed coaching and mentoring my team in meeting their career aspirations. Providing architecture and system design oversight for key feature integrations - SAP S/4 Hana, marketplace integrations, GDPR Consent Management - were some of my key accomplishments.

At a time when Flipkart was just starting off in India, I was part of a 150 strong technology team that was building the $billion eCommerce store.hp.com. The engineering, product, infrastructure & operations, and supply-chain teams in Bangalore and Palo Alto burnt the midnight oil to roll-out a fully functional state-of-the-art eCommerce experience to our customers. ...and boy, did we generate $900M in revenues and outbid Dell to emerge as a market leader in the U.S. I started off as a lead developer and went on to manage teams of 8-10 technologists in building eCommerce solutions for returns & refunds, new payment integrations, 'build your own PC', and several user experience enhancements. It was my first taste at working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment buzzing with enthusiasm and zeal to create a product!

I had the privilege of working directly with clients from Day 1 of my career at ING, a global financial institution. Working in partnership with banking leaders and service providers, we deployed a new loan disbursal system for various types of loans - home, auto, personal etc. It was an invaluable experience in consulting, product development, and stakeholder management.
