Shippit provides an advanced Connect platform through its public API, enabling seamless integration with enterprise customers' WMS and OMS systems. The API includes robust functionalities such as order creation, label generation, quote retrieval, and shipment tracking, making it easier for businesses to manage their logistics efficiently. My role is to build this platform and enhance this platform product to support as many as 12 massive integrations.I work with engineers, designers and the sales team to shape the products and build solutions forfor enterprise customers in an agile manner.

Built P2P Payment product: - This product allows Payer to send money using Payee's mobile number, UPI ID and Bank A/c Details.- It works on UPI Payment rails, while seamlessly switching to IMPS/NEFT rails w/o impacting the user flow. - The seamless UX at the Front end is supported by some complex but brilliant intelligence at Backend, thereby resulting into highest payment success rates in the industry.Built Paytm Chat:- The product introduces a new form of repeat payments- It provides an identity to payments. It creates a one on one relationship between Payer<>Payee by creating a Chat channel between them. - The transaction is converted into a rich message card and parked in the channel. The channels thus store all the transactions in a Chat like interface. - Paytm Chat has succeeded in providing a human like identity to payments. This makes the payment journey more personal, more humane, helps in reducing funnel drops, thereby increasing the repeat payments.- Apart from managing Product Lifecycle, a crucial part of my profile involves orchestration between Design, Engineering and Leadership team. I also drive PODS and Sprint. - My sprints usually have a healthy balance between the long term and short term deliverables, which helps in keeping the momentum going.
