Today Rupeek has grown leaps and bounds and serves more than 60 cities across 5000 locations, and is the reason people can access credit at a cheaper rate without any hassles, with full transparency, and within the comforts of their homes. I have been part of this tremendous journey from Day 0 and after having built the foundations of his business, have been part of the scaling journey. From setting up the core business by setting up Operations and Sales, and then leading various critical org-wide initiatives, these hands have done all and eyes have seen everything!Words won't do justice to define this journey, so I will take an analogy. Managed factory operations at ITC's PCPB Haridwar Factory

Won IITB General Elections and was elected as General Secretary of IIT Bombay(GSHA); one of the apex student leadership positions at IITB equivalent to a President of the college. Won "Person of the Year, IIT Bombay" award in recognization of my leadership and organizational activities. Headed the Student Affairs council comprising of General Secretaries of all (13) student hostels & 5 Institute Secretaries of IITB to effectively manage and improve the hostel and institute facilities for 7000 plus campus residents.

Techfest is the largest technical festival of Asia organised by students.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:Techfest 2008, the Annual technical festival of IIT Bombay, was attended by 30,000 students and had a budget of over INR 1.1 crore • Led a 2-tier team of 74 students and coordinated with a core team of 21 others, managing a budget of over INR 35 lacs, to provide for comprehensive infrastructural facilities for over 50 events• Introduced the concept of infrastructure sponsor, gaining free services worth INR 25 lacs• Facilitated the first ever live webcast of Techfest, over 4 web channels, with a viewership of over 10,000 people across the globe• Reduced costs by 20% through aggressive negotiations on contracts, enabling a paradigm shift from small contractors to large scale infrastructure providers
