• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support the integration of digital media plans across all campaigns and marketing efforts. • Resourcefully manage the membership experience with our eServices, through ensuring satisfactory engagement with our website, online banking platform, mobile app, etc• Generate creative messaging while optimizing brand recognition online and throughout print and digital media.• Apply decision making and problem solving skills while managing multiple projects.

• Maintains a high level of member service in accordance with the TCU Service Expectations.• Responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality with regard to member account information.• Exercise the ability to speak with members in an informative, knowledgeable, and helpful manner about TCU products and services to generate quality sales referrals.• Process member transactions in a proficient and accurate manner within security guidelines.• Discover problems, needs, and opportunities by listening for clues in conversations, asking open-ended questions, completing fact-finding follow-ups, researching members’ accounts, making outbound and follow-up calls, and assisting with product promotions.

• Produce high-quality design projects that meet client, business, brand, and design team needs. Deliverables including but not limited to sales & marketing materials, online marketing ads, print materials, website content/design, logo creation, product packaging design, and photo editing. • Participate in client & design team meetings and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while managing strict timelines and budgets.• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once with above average communication skills while being open to constructive criticism from clients and peers.• Assemble final layouts and prepare graphics for production.
