Human Resources Director
Current- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy development.- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution.- Conduct regular training sessions on a range of HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and employee engagement.- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable results.- Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and reduced turnover.- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and development, including identifying talent gaps and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations, and develop policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure legal compliance.- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to support their growth and development.
