Dr. Ash Zenooz is an accomplished physician, CEO, and board member dedicated to driving the best possible care for patients. She has championed advancements in telehealth, pharmacy integration, precision medicine, mental health, and health IT modernization—all designed to deliver better care while improving efficiency.Currently, she is a Partner at Luxeda Holdings, a technology investment firm and Senior Advisor to Aegis Ventures. She serves as the Executive Board Chair of Caire, an agentic AI company, and on the board of Health Assurance Foundation. Recently, as CEO of Commure, Ash led the company’s meteoric growth (team,product and GTM), achieving 550% ARR growth within 3 years, culminating in a merger with Athelas in 2023 at a $6 billion valuation.Prior to her work at Commure, Ash was General Manager of Salesforce’s global health and life sciences business unit, where she scaled the business to $2.5 billion in ARR. She also held a senior executive role at the VA, managing a $90 billion portfolio covering digital transformation, pharmacy, R&D, and clinical programs for the nation’s Veterans.Her extensive background includes serving as a U.S. Senate Health Policy Fellow, holding executive leadership roles in major health systems, practicing as a radiologist, and teaching at Harvard Medical School, NYU, and Stanford. Dr. Zenooz earned her MD in the accelerated Medical Honors program at the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude with a BS. She completed her residency at Henry Ford Health System and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and holds an active medical license in California.
