I chose the career path of being a collections supervisor because I love coaching and developing others into strong leaders like myself. My name is Asia Bragg and I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years now. Throughout my time in the industry I have been a quality assurance supervisor, trainer, as well as an operations supervisor.
