I am a mechanical engineering student at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where I am learning the fundamentals of design, analysis, and manufacturing of mechanical systems. I have a keen interest in applying my engineering skills to the field of medical devices, and I hope to contribute to the development of innovative and accessible solutions for people with disabilities.I am also a behavioral health technician at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, where I provide support and care to children ages 2-6 with autism. I work with a team of therapists and technicians to implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure safety and compliance. I have gained valuable skills and experience in pediatric therapy, behavioral analysis, communication, and problem solving. Additionally, I am a student worker for the campuses Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Disability and Accessibility Services (DAS), where I aid students with accommodations, self-care, and mental health related issues, maintaining confidentiality in the process. I am passionate about helping others, learning new things, and overcoming challenges.
