For the Tiger Rag sports magazine, I am primarily tasked with pre-checking articles before they hit the press.

At the Louisiana Radio Network, I am a vital member of the production team for "Talk Louisiana with Jim Engster." My responsibilities include managing the soundboard during broadcasts for optimal audio quality, screening calls for relevant and engaging discussions, and handling post-production tasks like editing and uploading the show for our audience's convenience.

I actively collaborated with my peers in special projects meetings, contributing ideas and proposals. Additionally, I attended events to gather research, conducted interviews, and wrote news articles, which were then uploaded online. As part of my responsibilities, I anchored for our channel, managed social media accounts, and worked on improving our content and increasing our influence within the Atlanta University Center. These efforts collectively contributed to our team's progress and impact.

As an intern, my role involved collaborating with fellow interns and business divisions to research significant industry trends, formulate recommendations, and improve State Farm products and processes. I gained valuable exposure to various areas within claims and acquired insights into other insurance operations. During my tenure, I actively performed claim handling duties, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and policy application. Furthermore, I conducted comprehensive reviews of medical, property, liability, and injury-related issues within the claims team.

In my position, I greeted and checked in clients, upsold products and services, scheduled appointments, and managed the front desk using the Vagaro System. I also handled online media marketing for the salon's website and social media platforms.
