I’m a passionate professional with a unique blend of experience in civic engagement and the fitness industry. Over the past 7 years, I’ve focused on empowering communities of color through various efforts, spanning voter registration, political campaigns, advocacy, and campus organizing. My work centers on driving positive change and increasing civic participation within underrepresented communities and ensuring that people have the confidence and context necessary for civic participation. Outside of my work in civic engagement, I own and manage a successful personal training business, specializing in group fitness, one-on-one training, online coaching, and the development of customized fitness programs tailored to each client’s goals. My mission is to empower people to apply health and fitness principles to their lives in a way that not only improves their quality of life, but compliments their lives in a way that allows my clients to have the freedom to make their own decisions without relying on the world around them for direction.
