My passion and strengths are at the intersection of talent strategy, talent enablement and employee experience. I've joined Netflix to further it's recent investment in Emerging Talent. Previously, I was fortunate to oversee Twilio’s SHIP Talent Programs which includes Twilio’s Global Intern Program, Hatch Apprenticeship Program which is focused on entry and upskill of non-traditional software engineering talent, Twilio’s Returnship Program which provides opportunity for caregivers and parents to re-enter the workforce after a career pause, and lastly, Twilio’s Builders Program which focuses on the development and experience of our emerging talent into the company. In that time, I took those programs from 1-2 offices to nearly 15+ sites across the globe, while developing and delivering central program experiences unique to each talent group while embedded in the Twilio Magic.
