I am passionate about integrating Interpersonal, Faith-Informed, Strength-Based, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches to meet clients' unique needs. I am experienced in advocating for and serving children, adolescents, and adult clients who are witnesses or survivors of crime, justice-involved individuals, children of immigrants experiencing transgenerational trauma, and those who are learning to live more fulfilling lives while managing depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. I am dedicated to teaching clients how to rewrite their stories to reflect their innate resiliency amid their healing.
