I have demonstrated success in using eLearning tools, adult learning principles, and learning management systems to facilitate change, enhance the effectiveness of the organization, and optimize business outcomes. As a former teacher, administrator, and leader, I strive to create a culture of inclusivity and collaboration and constantly seek ways to help train and educate individuals and hone their strengths to continue to grow professionally.
