My role involves providing advice and feedback on client (customer) issues, continuous usability management, training of the users, manual testing of software applications, transforming manual tests to automation within continuous integration process.Particularly: continuous support, usability improvement of company products - air dispersion calculation system «Aeolus» since 1996 until now and ecological reporting solution "Ecozvit" since 2005 until now; major role in testing of «Pulse» billing system for phone company from 2000 to 2004 and “Faust” loan management solution during 1998-2005 years.
