I am administering and taking care of customize development the SHEBA HMS software ( Automated Hospital Management System using Microsoft Dynamics ERP) to ensure the smooth operation of the icddr,b Hospital and Staff Clinic. This software integrated with icddr,b ERP database, icddr,b diagnosis lab, and key modules are staff clinic patient management, hospital patient management using OPD and in-patient, hospital inventory, ward performance, doctor and nurses performance, extensive analysis, and publication numerous papers using patient data. Implementation support as Techno-functional lead with Research administration module(Combination of Institutional review committee, Core Research Administration, Grant and Compliance, Publication, Legal and Affair unit ) My key responsibilities include - ✔Lead the Sheba development team to ensure incorporate any changes management using Microsoft Dynamic Nav.✔ERP Database administration and performance tuning using SQL Server✔Implementation support for developing and implementing Dynamic 365 ERP✔Data analysis and research with researchers and scientist✔Audit Support to Internal and External Audit Team✔Working with Backup and Disaster Recovery Team✔Working with Security Team
